I was quite worried about using this service as I had images of heavy set men turning up on doorsteps and did not want to be a part of that at all. But the reality was totally different - The recovery company were incredibly professional and thoughtful in their communications and helped to recover the unpaid invoice that we had been chasing unsuccessfully ourselves. In future rather than get stressed about unpaid invoices I will get hand them over to GetPaid and know that someone else will take care of it for me.
