We were sold a complete timekeeping and payroll solutions and spent weeks implementing the system only to learn subsequently that leave wasn't accruing correctly for our staff that didn't have a fixed work pattern, so be careful if you want to use this in a business where staff work different shifts each week.

Worst decision we have made. It takes an age to set up, the rostering functionalities are clunky, the app for staff to clock in/out doesn't work, and the customer service team takes days to get back to you to fix any problems. Absolute waste of money, save yourself time and money and look elsewhere.

Keypay has definitely provided a streamlined way to complete payroll, few glitches but certainly 5 stars :)

Absolutely love Keypay and its integration with Xero. Keypay support is brilliant when needed, but once everything is set up its an absolute breeze. Also love its capabilities when it comes to accruing and using TIL.

KeyPay has worked so well for our business, the preloaded awards and their easy and timely evolution through legislation changed to STP and during the COVID pandemic have taken the hassle and risk out of payroll compliance.
