Basically, here’s how your workflow looks:
- You create a request with transactions that need documents.
- Chazy collects the transactions and automatically sends the first email to the client.
- Chazy tracks the deadline and sends reminders as it approaches.
- Chazy collects documents, validates them, and sends them to your Xero account for reconciliation.
Getting started
1. Register & connect Xero
- Register at Chazy (or use the Sign in with Xero flow).
- Connect your Xero organisation, confirm your company details and grant the requested permissions.
2. Prepare the task
- In Xero, run the Account Transactions report for the bank accounts and period you want to chase, then export it.
- In the Chazy dashboard, create a new task and upload the exported report when prompted.
- Review the transaction list: remove items you don't want or add missing ones.
- Set a deadline and add your client's name and email.
3. Send the task to your client
- Click Send task to client.
- You can stop a task at any time from your Chazy account.
4. Monitor progress
- Open the Chazy dashboard for full task details, validator notes and delivery logs.
- You'll get email notifications when tasks are completed or documents are delivered.
