Hidden fees
Hidden fees for trades to pass onto landlords. Does not integrate with current scheduling system and using bricks + Agent online portal is slow and not formatted for anything but PC.
Maybe best to make it user friendy before extorting trades to pay for the priveledge of doing a property managers job.
