This has the ability to make an arduous task a lot simpler and a lot quicker. All you really need agent accounts in one place and access across all clients and taxes. No need to log in to the Gateway only to find you are on the wrong portal! Invite staff and clients to collaborate - it's all there but more importantly, there are plans for development that will hopefully see this as a far more integrated and useful part of the tax workflow. Good product with a team that is good at receiving feedback.

After hearing so many recommendations, I had to try Adsum for myself, and wow! It's a huge time-saver to have all accounts in one place and not have to log into multiple client accounts. It will be a big help when it gets closer to the 31st January!
