Convenient USD and CAD payments

Works very well for accepting USD & CAD payments. I like that I can choose a custom fee for clients as well. Unfortunately does not work with GBP and EUR payments.

Forces you to create a new Stripe account

Total rubbish - it forces you to create a new stripe account, rather than allowing you to link to my existing Stripe account.

Misleading

I'm really disappointed. When I signed up, I didn’t realise there were fees until a few payments had already come out. I then saw that the service charge had been deducted from my account, but it’s hidden in Xero. I’m upset because I’ve lost money on a fee I wasn’t aware of. It feels like this was too good to be true.

Slow, misleading and high fees

We had an existing Stripe account and the integration went and generated a new one..... Very misleading onboarding flow by Xero/Stripe. We got stuck with 7+ days to first payout and no recourse, support couldn't help - most other merchant facilities in Australia are faster settlement and cheaper. Extremely frustrating.

wanted to cancel as didn't even know hold my money from clients still waiting money comes in ...and requested change password never received email so can't even cancel or update my invoice details
