I don't find Xero very user friendly at all. 0/10 for customer service(there is none) but Tradify makes things SO much better. 10/10 on customer service. There is actually a human to talk to. App is easy to use on the go.

Really happy with how both Tradify and Xero integrate. Makes it really easy for reconciling bank accounts, sending invoices and logging payments.

Found it to be a great Job Management System, but is expensive for what you get.

Disappointing, poor financial reporting. Limited site report ability and minimal customisable ability. Better off learning how to customise Xero and take up Xero Projects. If your a maintenance company, look at other options that have good reporting ability and scheduling
