Stela was really clear and helpful in working through our budget FX setup in Joiin. Stela gave us a number of options to help solve our problem.

We started using Joiin mainly to be able to consolidate multiple entities, since Xero doesn't have that option. At first, it was a bit challenging but I was thrilled when I found out haw many amazing updates and improvements Joiin introduced over the last few months! Mainly the option to eliminate by transaction is a real game changer for me. I initially had some technical issues with making it work for my account but I contacted the support team and they resolved it within very short time (thank you, Mahad!).

Asked Joiin if they could handle 100 tracking category options and it turns out they support 500. Five times what we needed. Seriously powerful tool, and Stela on support was quick and helpful too.

Very useful tool for consolidation and budgeting across various entities. I like how easy it is to eliminate Interco accounts. Also it's AI report builder is great.
