The different options given by Joiin really helped in what I was looking for.

We have particularly liked the feature where you can configure a custom report and then build off the configured report for any new custom reports. The support has also been extremely good.

A lot to learn with initial set up as the reporting is very configurable. Now that we have it set up its fantastic. The helpdesk has been very responsive to any issues/questions along the way!

We've been using joiin for over a year now and its been a great tool to speed up month end close. Customer service team are excellent, going above and beyond to get any concerns addressed.

It was great to use to consolidate the data when you have multiple company/entities to handle. It was specially helpful for A/P and A/R as you can see the totals per suppliers. The only improvement I would love to have would be that invoice list would also be visible including in the export files. But overall it was a very helpful.

We have been using Joiin since last year and have found it extremely effective for our needs, saving so much time on reporting and analysis. It is very easy to use and both the standard reports and the custom reports we created provide exactly what we need to see. The Dashboard and KPI Report are great. Thank you to the support team who reply to any queries very quickly. We are a charity organisation so Joiin software is great value for money.
