ZapERP Inventory + Xero
Using seamless login with XERO button - ZapERP inventory connects with XERO. Once connected user can choose what all data they want to sync between XERO and ZapERP. e.g. if orders comes from Shopify, then it is possible to add prefix to that order and pass that to Xero or it can be passed as it is. ZapERP can pass purchase, sales and returns information including credit/debit notes, gift card adjustments to Xero.
Getting started
Customers can login to ZapERP Inventory using XERO or if already logged in the ZapERP Inventory then they can go to 'Apps' page then select 'Accounting' and 'Xero' option. Once connected, you can change configurations such as what data you would like to sync between ZapERP and XERO e.g. bills or invoice with specific prefix.
