Excellent service

Our integration is mostly seamless. On the odd occasion that duplicates arise, the assistance from Amaka Help Desk is excellent.

Jacquelyn is amazing!

There was a problem with the sync on my account and Jacquelyn was incredible at getting it sorted. As soon as we did one thing, something else would then change but we finally got it sorted, she was so responsive and we got there in then end :)

Square Xero Integration

Thank you for the help. I was struggling to set up a specific integration that allowed payment links but excluded feed for other transactions. I booked a call, my consultant jam helped me to sort this out in less than 10 minutes. Highly recommend booking a support call if you get stuck, very knowledgeable consultants who help every step of the way. Thank you for the ease of being able to set this up.

Time Saver for Volunteer Group

We, a group of volunteers, run an event each year and have been using Square for a few years to help with taking Card payments. For only 4 days of the year, and many transactions to go through, analyze and sort out the GST and fees for the auditor, the AMAKA integration into our Xero has been a game changer. It is very important to make sure that the Square is set up in categories for your Xero and this can take time but once done, the process is seamless. Amaka staff were very helpful in creating this transition and with support afterwards. You need to set aside time and I suggest an appointment to discuss you individual needs is the best way.
