Fathom is really user friendly, and I love their customised reports. Works well with Xero integration and updates transfers quickly.

I have loved Fathom - once setup end of month reporting is a breeze. Functionality released regularly; and the help desk is the best I have every experienced. Handles consolidates well.

Any question I have had, I have used the chat box which automatically gives me some online resources to go through whilst waiting to be connected to someone at the help centre. When the online resources don't quite answer a specific question I have, I'm connected to an advisor in minutes. The advisor who I have recently been connected to, Carissa, has been super positive and helpful in understanding what I am trying to achieve and has gone above and beyond by sending me a tutorial on how to achieve my required outcome. If i could give more than 5 stars, I would :)
