As a freelancing consultant, I would like to record my time in a manner that ensures traceability from work done for a client to that client's invoice. I want to send a client weekly timesheets, ensure that the time goes on to a monthly invoice, and show whether I have invoiced for the time. Plus points - the layout of the timesheet screen is quite intuitive - it looks like a spreadsheet. Timesheet reports are easy to produce Minus points - no ability to filter timesheet reports by client or by billable task. A report only shows the work done by an employee for the week. Hence if you want to work on multiple clients, or if you want to record non-billable time without showing that time to a client, you can't do it. Tasks imported from Xero don't carry their "billable/non-billable" flag, leading to error potential on the timesheet where the default is "billable".

Our 100+ employees have reported amazing ease of use filling in their timesheets, with an automated weekly reminder email being very useful. No question/ problem is too small, and is answered on the same day. Great product, and implements seamlessly with Xero's project reporting.
