Jibble is continuously updating to fix issues and improve the user interface experience making it it more suitable according to our timekeeping needs. I love how it tracks the location of our employees on the field. We can easily monitor their whereabouts at any given time.

This app does not offer a payroll function with estimated tax withholdings and salary disbursement.

I used to track all my time spent on client projects using spreadsheets, which was time-consuming even using templates and pivot tables. As it was clunky I would often avoid doing timesheets and then when it came to billing I would have to retrospectively try to remember the last few weeks activity. Jibble has changed that as I keep it as tab on my browser and it is so easy to enter time against the activities, projects and clients I have set-up. At the end of the month I export the data and use that to bill my clients via Xero.

As a freelancer I need a way to track hours across activities, projects and multiple clients. Jibble gives me control of where I spend my time and then posts the client hours to an invoice in XERO. Perfect!

Our business previously used paper timesheets, with employees signing in and out at random times, making the math finicky and the record-keeping inaccurate. Switching to the kiosk-based pin entry system is simple and doesn't have all the privacy concerns of fingerprint/photo or location-tracking options. Though we may add in mobile tracking for our on-the-road salesperson next! Also, even if you need the added on features, it's very affordable compared to the other options available. The support is also helpful, both the AI and the real people you connect to if needed.
