I have been using Vinyl in beta for a few months and it's been very enjoyable. In particular the auto grouping of calls to clients (or client groups) as it makes it very easy to find things later. A nice touch is being able to create your own image that joins the calls rather than the standard "John's notetaker"

Loving what this product brings to the table. Could be a real game changer for Bookkeepers in particular here in Australia right now. Can’t wait to see what’s next.
