technical help hard to come by
It has been hard to try to reach out to CardUp to get technical assistance in regard to collection of payments. The issue started approx. 3 months back, I have called into the hotline several times and was advised to write in to them, which I did so several times, I have given screenshots of the issue, and no one got back till I amend the email subject title to 'URGENT URENT URGENT'. Someone did call me to understand the situation, and it has been quiet till now, a month later, and remained unresolved.

Ease my collections problems
I use CardUp regularly to get paid via credit card. The credit card payment link can be directly included on the invoice and once the customer pays, the invoice shows up as paid on my Xero account - which makes the whole payment collection process very convenient.

Makes my life easier
This app lets me get paid with credit card without much effort. Pricing is really good, and I appreciate how invoices are marked as paid automatically when I get the payments in my bank account. This saves me time.

I started including the pay by credit card links on my invoice and it benefitted my business a lot. Customers appreciate the option to pay via credit card, and the best part is I can accept credit card payments without the need to set it up with a bank or incurring any fees. Since all credit card payments get synced on Xero, no manual reconciliation is required and the whole process is just seamless
