Time Saving

For running a sports club, our most time consuming thing on the accounts side, is that Data Entry for reimbusing coaches who have paid referees. The ability for them to use MS Forms to fill out details and then Zapier to post automatically as an invoice for payment on Xero saves so much work. Definately a work smarter, not harder app!!

Works well but is limited

Works well with invoicing but would like to see more capability especially around leave and payroll workflows.

Useful, but the ability to email the invoice directly from a created invoice (without having to add two extra steps into the zap) would be far easier. Also we would desperately love to see an action for creating a recurring invoice - as it is at the moment, the zap is pretty useless for us as we still have to manually set up retainer clients in Xero

We really need an integration that allows us to create new ESTIMATES as a trigger. We seem to have all other options available, but cannot do that?
Although Xero reviews each app in the Xero App Store, we can’t give any guarantees. It’s up to you to assess the performance, quality and suitability of any app before going ahead.
