Easy to integrate, great on-boarding support

Incredibly powerful tool, capable of running almost any service-based business. Rate of product updates and releases is extremely impressive

I've been using Scoro for 3 years now - the integration with Xero is flawless and the support for customised reports or functionality questions is rapid and always bang on.

Extremely easy to set up the sync between Scoro and Xero. Easy to maintain within Scoro too. Where everything was manual previously, billing from Scoro to Xero is now the click of a button so improves efficiency as the same time.

We use Scoro daily for time tracking and billing, and the standout is the Xero sync — logged hours flow straight into invoicing without re-keying data between systems, which cuts real admin time and keeps our books cleaner. Project management is weaker than the dedicated tool we came from (Asana), though that's the trade-off with an all-in-one platform — no competitor doing both well would likely beat a specialist there either. The bigger gap for us has been resourcing: getting a clear view of team capacity and upcoming milestones takes more digging than it should. Overall it's become core to how we run projects and get paid for them, with room to grow on the planning side.
