Almost there
Roll works well for us, aside from one or two integration items not currently being possible. For example, we have branches in Xero, and they cannot automatically be selected in Roll; we have to manually set them when creating invoices.
But, overall, we would recommend Roll as they are almost there in resolving those little things we specifically need in time/project management software.

So easy!
We are a creative services agency that needed to transition to a new project management platform. After extensive research and trialling different apps we settled on Roll, here’s why:
1. Ease of use - Roll is far simpler and easier to pick up than many of its competitors. The features are extensive but you never feel overwhelmed by the capabilities.
2. Customer service - Taylor and the team have been so helpful in walking through the platform, offering tips, tricks and solutions to every problem. They are quick to respond on chat, email or even video call.
3. Customisation - not only can you adapt the platform to the specific needs of your business via a multitude of custom fields and functions but the Roll team is happy to actually modify the very bones of the software to meet your needs. We used another platform for several years so our team was used to relying on certain functions - Roll has been able to continuously make changes and improvements to the platform, responding to all our feature requests.
We are LOVING Roll and would recommend them to anyone needing awesome project management software.

Amazing customer service
Our small business recently had to change project management software which was a daunting prospect. However, Roll provided incredible customer service offering us multiple face to face online meetings to go through how their software might work for our company, answering our many questions and extending our free trial while we were deciding if it was the right fit for us. While no system is perfect, Roll's flexibility and customisation means that so far - a few months in - it is working to suit our needs. Additionally, knowing the person at the other end of the email means a lot!

Great for creatives
I run a small creative studio, specialising in branding and websites, and Roll is brilliant.
It enables me to organise myself, staff and contractors quickly and easily and everyone finds it intuitive and simple to use.
The ability to take a project from the initial client contact, all the way through to invoicing and syncing with Xero is a huge time-saver for my business, leaving me free to focus on creating the best design solutions for my clients.
We've been using it for at least 5 years and have found the support service (on the odd occassion we've need it) to be extremely prompt and thorough. I really couldn't run this business without it.

Seamless Invoicing and Timekeeping with Xero Integration
We've been using Roll for over 4 years now, and it has been indispensable for our invoicing and timekeeping requirements. Its seamless integration with Xero was a major selling point for us, and it has consistently delivered.
The team's quick response to any issues has been impressive, with resolutions provided promptly.
We highly recommend this product!

Easy to use - PM Tool
Our company has used Roll for 5 years now. We love that it is so simple to learn and is a great tool. It is so easy to contact Roll when you have a problem and they have always responded within the hour. A great programme which we can highly recommend.
Although Xero reviews each app in the Xero App Store, we can’t give any guarantees. It’s up to you to assess the performance, quality and suitability of any app before going ahead.
