I've been using Wbsync and it's made managing transactions in Xero so much easier. It cuts down on manual data entry, saves time on reconciliations and helps keep everything running smoothly. As a bookkeeper, anything that makes the process more efficient is a win! Would definitely recommend.

We've been using Wbsync since end of 2020 when our previous service provider dropped all clients who were Xero users. Wbsync works flawless between Xero and our two web platforms (Woocommerce and Shopify), exchanging inventory and order details. Setup is really simple online now. In 2020, it needed a bit of tweaking at the backend but we got prompt, personalised support by Mike when setting up the syncs and connections. Very rarely do we have to make a support enquiry because everything just works, but Mike is still on the helm and no doubt he'll help out right away should there be technical problems. I highly recommend this if you need to sync stock between Xero and your website, and want web orders to appear in your Xero, ready to be sent out.
