Confused.com

Very confusing. When we looked into integrating Mailchimp into Xero we were told that having the Premium version (which we had) was a problem as Mailchimp would only integrate with Standard. So we down-graded to Standard in consultation with our accountant. Now when we tried to integrate a message pops saying that we have to upgrade to Premium if we want to integrate. Unbelievably confusing and disappointing - big fans of Xero generally but they seem to be in a real mess with this.

Disappointing

Very disappointed to see this is for premium plan customers only. As a paid customer you would think they would include this.

Premium use only

Like the other reviews I am not happy about this as I use Xero and MailChimp in two separate businesses.

Disappointed that I need to upgrade my account for this integration to work. I have several businesses on Xero and think I spend enough. There is no reason to charge an extra fee for this integration when I have other integrations working for free.
