Do not recommend

Slow support, the only way to contact support is through raising a ticket and replies aren't time-bounded, so you are just staying and waiting for them to reply without an idea if this is going to be today or tomorrow. Changes are implement without letting users know in advance. The payroll module is lacking many functionalities, not fit for any 5+ staff on payroll and is vulnerable to errors, however developers aren't really bothered to make core improvements that are vital for payroll.

Can't use it so don't know.

What use. Extra $20 a month to use it. Already NOT using payroll. Careful Xero you are going the way of the old Attache. Getting boggy. Every five minutes screwed for a dollar - be back using the green cashbooks soon. At least they don't change when you turn around.

Tax from invoices not working

Xero have wiped their hands of this problem by not helping us workout why the GST is not automatically being added so each invoice has to have the gst added manually! They just try to blame our POS system but it’s definitely a Xero issue!

It would cost me $16.00 per month to upgrade to a premium Xero account just for the feature of syncing contacts. How is this adding value Xero?

Useful function.

In Business, we need to catch client data as a basic part of making a sale. Making a sales is the reason we need accounting tools. I'd love to see some more seamless Xero apps that let us catch client date through attractive form pages, where my xero client data syncs with a more sophisticated CRM tool. Like if Xero, Google Apps, Zapier, and custom pipeline CRM had a baby.

This is such a basic feature, why does a paying user have to pay extra for it!?
