I chose MMC Convert for the migration of my financial data, and I am very satisfied with my decision. I have successfully transitioned to Xero and am now working on Xero. I am very happy with the services provided by MMC Convert. The conversion price, timeline, and communication were all very good and remained within my budget. MMC Convert just did my conversion from Quickbooks Online to Xero and they were flawless!! Thank you!!

I just used MMC Convert to convert a QBO file to Xero and the quality of work was ok, but not perfect by a long shot. They missed 500+ transfers from the main operating account to 2 credit card accounts making the balances wildly incorrect, the sales tax account was incorrect and had to be adjusted monthly for 18+ months, among other things. Additionally, they missed multiple deadlines, and their status updates were a nice concept but poorly executed. The updates were either arriving out of order or had to be retracted after sending them to me. For example, I had received an update that data was pushed to Xero when it was not. I had to follow up several times for the work to be completed and in the end, I made the corrections myself. I am an accountant and I don't think a business owner would have known that there was an issue (aside from the obviously incorrect account balance) or would know what to do to correct the issues. Overall, I would give this a C+ and would try them again once more, but that's it. The main reason I chose to work with them is because they convert multi-currency files, where JetConvert (free or paid) cannot handle this type of conversion.
