Derive has made a significant difference to our AP & entire finance team. Processing invoices across multiple entities is faster, more consistent, and much easier to manage from a single inbox. We now triage invoices by due date rather than email receipt, improving visibility and prioritisation across the team. The data extraction is excellent, and the vendor checks and duplicate invoice warnings are the best we've seen. Approval workflows reliably route invoices to the right people, and managing processes across multiple entities is far more efficient. But the latest advances in payment processing across multiple entities have also been very exciting. Being able to batch payments across multiple entities from the same dashboard is a big step in the right direction, with more functionality in the pipeline. The Derive team is responsive, easy to work with, and genuinely listens to feedback. The product has exceeded our expectations and continues to grow with valuable new features and improvements.
