I recently used MMC Convert’s new app for one of our company’s QuickBooks Online to Xero conversions, and I was genuinely impressed with the overall experience. The process was incredibly simple. I just logged in to both accounting software platforms through the app, and from there, I could watch the entire data conversion process happen in real time, without any human intervention. What impressed me the most was the speed. The complete conversion was finished in just one hour. I intentionally ran the conversion after office hours so it wouldn’t interfere with our daily operations, and the entire process was smooth and seamless from start to finish. I was particularly impressed by the combination of speed, automation, and the quality of the converted data. It makes the whole migration process much easier and more convenient. MMC Convert has definitely raised the bar when it comes to accounting data migration. I would highly recommend their app to anyone looking for a fast, automated, and reliable way to migrate accounting data.

After installing the app, I was contacted by MMC-Convert using two different WhatsApp numbers, before being called three times (from a third contact number) in the space of 6 minutes. Whilst I don't typically have an issue with a business reaching out for on-boarding purposes, repeated back-to-back calling and texting is unnecessarily invasive, although it helped me make up my mind pretty quickly regarding my choice of conversion app to use (I won't be proceeding with MMC-Convert).

We had already attempted using other services to convert our large amount of data, including FX transactions, into Xero from Sage. MMC was a totally different experience, they were able to give progress along the way, the conversion was completed when they said it would be. Sunny was very helpful and quick to respond to communication throughout. The conversion was successful and I was able to start using Xero seamlessly.

MMC recently completed a complex multi-currency migration from QuickBooks to Xero for us. Although it took slightly longer than initially anticipated, we are extremely pleased with the final result. The customer service was superb, with regular communication and updates throughout. They responded promptly to any questions and delivered exactly what we were hoping for – including 16 years’ worth of historical data, thousands of attachments, and successful handling of multiple currencies and bank accounts. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this company for any level of migration you are considering.
