Link My Books is fabulous for identifying the correct VAT code for Amazon's various transactions - it is far from straightforward! Also LMB customer services team are quick to respond to queries via chat and resolve any issues (thank you to Bella and Fin).

I'm somewhat new to Link My Books, but so far I really like it! It's easy to use once you watch some videos, and their support team is amazing! Bella was super helpful recently when I had a question, and even made a Loom video explaining what I needed to do! And Kaylie answered a list of questions I sent over earlier as well. This app saves so much time by importing the details of your settlements from sales platforms, which you can then match to your deposits. The result is accurate and useful financial statements!

We've been using Link my books for a few years and it really is a game changer for real time accounting. I would strongly recommend to anyone in ecommerce.
