We went via a generic notetaker before Vinyl, and this is leagues ahead for an accounting firm. Such a good notetaker (which I need), love how it syncs with FYI and writes amazing draft follow up emails for me. I also love the unlimited seats - so we can give whole firm access (rather than per user fee the sub is linked to total hours of meetings). Excited for the roadmap too - especially calendar booking system.
