This is a reliable app used to route AP bills to the appropriate person for approval. Easy to review bills in process and redirect to a different approver if required.

Approval Max is easy to use and integrates well with Xero and Quickbooks. The Administrator can also maintain User controls by allowing access to account codes that are only within their budget.
