A bit cumbersome when reconciling

When reconciling payments there's no simple reference, which creates a bit of extra admin just to see who paid what. 3 transactions per payment is annoying too. For clients how don't cover the trans cost can Stripe not just take their fee before sending the payment to the company? I just want what is owed by the client paying the bill.

For the most part it is very good, however I do get frustrated with emails stating that they have received payment just after midnight which means they hold onto my money for another day, (and it happens alot) which is what also happens when a payment is received in the weekend, its an extra working day in their account. With everything electronic, there should really be no excuse to hold onto my money for more than a day at the most. 3-4 days isn't really acceptable in these times, and with increases to their monthly charges and new plans I hope that the service is alot better

Easy As

We were already using Stripe so to include it on our invoices was seemless. I like the way we can offer customers a couple of ways to easily pay. We have had no issues at all and can thoroughly recommend.

DON'T USE questionable standard

Would have been zero if this was an option! Customer paid substantial invoice back in January and despite meeting facilities requests for additional information, photos, invoices, payment receipts, ID check the facility is still withholding funds from both parties. Unlawful actions causing primary producers serious hardships.
