ScaleXP has allowed us to have a single source of truth for revenue recognition even though we generate orders from 2 different systems. We have replaced spreadsheets with a highly visible and transparent solution which enables easy reconciliation. In addition, ScaleXP seamlessly creates invoices in Xero from Stripe. The ease of use, user interface and seamless integrations with Xero and Stripe make this an invaluable app.

This software integrates really well with xero and is now our primary tool for consolidation, revenue recognition, calculating saas metrics, prepayments, month end reporting of P&L, BS, & cash flow. It's basically automated a lot of the more challenging month end processes that a subscription based software buisness faces, and which xero doesn't have the functionality to tackle. It's clear that this product has been designed by a team that really understand the accounting challenges faced at month end. The customer onboarding has been friendly, and exceptional in their attention to detail. They've really gone above and beyong to ensure that ScaleXP is set up and working for us. For what it delivers it's really good value for money, and I would highly recommend giving it a try.

Thanks to ScaleXP we finally have a single source of truth!! This is a brilliant platform which really allows you to drill down into your numbers without the manual overheads. As a business we have never had this level of visibility, the different dashboards and reports have allowed us to understand our revenue like never before and the deferred revenue, prepayments and invoice drafting automations have saved us time and money already! The process of onboarding has been seamless, the team really took the time to get to know our business needs and guided us through the whole process so that we can get the most out of the platform whether it was in on a call of via their very extensive knowledge base! One of the biggest weaknesses with Xero is that it does not do Revenue Recognition. We are a medium sized SaaS business so I was primarily hunting for a good software tool to handle Rev Rec that integrated with Xero. So we could ditch the manual Excel spreadsheets. ScaleXP is absolutely brilliant in handling this automation creating draft journals into Xero. However, I discovered ScaleXP does far more in terms of Reporting, Budgets, Forecasts, Cost recognition handling Prepayments, Dashboards, Metrics and Presentations, Customer Reporting. A brilliant piece of software engineering that I would highly recommend to any accountant that seeks to make their lives more efficient and save time and money.
