I was very glad to happen upon Tidy Stock since I have been struggling with Xero's built-in inventory tracking system. We had a bit of a rocky start due to my support tickets not showing up on their side (seems to be a glitch) and onboarding is primarily on a 'self-learning' basis due to their extensive knowledge based academy, but as soon as I voiced my struggles, the team at Tidy jumped right in to assist in making the experience a better one. I have integrated TidyStock inventory control system with Xero business & accounting software for 4 years as of December 2025. The inventory products i deal with are batched controlled from the supplier for traceability, and Xero inventory did not offer this function at the time. TidyStock was easy to implement, the transition over was well documented and seemless, I have never had an integration glitch, and TidyStock inventory valuations align with Xero. Support when needed (seldom nowadays as the documentation is comprehensive), has always been prompt and competent. I use TidyStock's functionality to initiate the sales entry process, stock availability and batch # allocation, packing slip, front end. Next thing I see the invoice in Xero where I take it from there. Good competent people, easy to deal with, created a few minor modifications for my business. Happy to endorse TidyStock software.

We’ve been using TidyStock for a while now and it’s been awesome. Super easy to use, looks great, and connects with Xero without any issues. It does exactly what we need without overcomplicating things. The customer support has been great. Feels like we definitely made the right call for managing our inventory.

We're starting our 3rd year with TidyStock Jet having used it since day one and we still find it matches the needs of our international sales distribution business extremely well. The link with Xero is seamless and the information it produces is always accurate which our accountants appreciate a lot. It took a little while to get used to but over the last couple of years we have been able to tweak, modify and improve processes to suit us, rather than having to adapt to the software. We're always getting slicker and quicker with it which gives us more time to sell and interact with customers.

Good app for simple stock control, order and invoicing processes. Friendly and helpful staff, particularly Belinda, Bori & Sheldon.
