Once reports are set up, very easy to use

I've used Spotlight for a number of years now. The reports are easy to set up. I've added graphs, autotagged text etc to make the reports user friendly and quick to reproduce each month etc. Whenever I've needed to support, the Spotlight support team have been very helpful.

Previously to spotlight, we had been doing a few budget vs actual reports for our clients in excel. These do work fine, but for a lot of clients they are just numbers on a page. With spotlight it’s really increased the visibility and usefulness of the information we can provide clients. We’ve enjoyed the customisation of the reports as well. The team at spotlight provide great support and training along with some very useful guides.

Quick, automated & simple reporting

Excellent software that provides a management report in the click of a button via a seamless integration with Xero. Really helpful customer success & support teams.

Great reports and support

The support and communication from account managers is top rate. The reports are clean and easy to modify and the flexibility provides an opening to provide quality advisory services to clients.

Going downhill

We've been using Spotlight for a couple of years and it is really powerful and does everything we need ... when it works. And lately it has just stopped working for hours and days at a time. Like right now. And also it's started to work a bit randomly with report formats being completely lost and we have had to find an old report with the correct format or re-create it. I just have to wonder if the business is struggling.
