Over the past two years this company has taken a number of very significant price increases with no real benefit to customers. This is especially so for small/medium size businesses. Billing in USD is also an issue and adds to cost. And to rub salt into the wound we were advised they will charge an additional month to exist despite our being a long term user. What a sad way to end a multi year relationship. While we have always enjoyed the product, the recent price hikes and dismissive attitude has meant we have had to vote with our feet. While I understand this is just business and churn is a fact of life it is very sad to see. I was heartened (sadly) to see so many other customers have had a similar experience. The good news is while we were forced to find an alternative I can advise there are similar products out there that do a very similar job (and at a fraction of the cost).
