We recently joined ProjectWorks, and is still exploring the functions of the software. We find PW is easy to use, and their supports are quick and effective. The invoice function is great from preparation, approval to issue, saving us some time compared to our old tool.

We've been using this project management system for about a month now, and we are already seeing so many benefits. The interface is incredibly intuitive, making it easy for our team to get up to speed quickly. Despite its simplicity, the system offers comprehensive oversight over all facets of our business, allowing us to manage projects and work streams more efficiently. One of the standout features is the robust integration functions, thanks to its open API. This has allowed us to seamlessly connect various tools and streamline our workflow. However, we have noticed that there are some areas for improvement in the integration with Xero. I’d note that the integration is more comprehensive than our previous system and I’m confident that these will improve with time as the team are genuinely attentive to requests and feedback. Additionally, the data migration team have been incredibly supportive and communicative throughout whole process. They helped us understand the system, migrate our data, and troubleshoot data & process workflows to ensure a seamless transition. Overall, it's a fantastic tool and the Projectworks team have been wonderful to deal with.

The functionality within Projectworks has provided us with better oversight on how we are performing on each project and is identifying areas where we have both under and over utilised staff. The online leave approval process is fantastic, much better than the manual process we had before this which had no verification / accuracy to it. The timesheet processing is fantastic, everyone in our team has commented on how much easier it is to process our timesheets now in comparison to our previous system. The online webinars were fantastic, and the fact we got the recordings to look back on at later stages is a great tool in addition to the wealth of information provided in the Knowledge Base. We also migrated to Xero at the same time we implemented Projectworks and the knowledge and support of not only Zabe but the entire support team post implementation has been fantastic.

Tried to sign up and the join now page had broken javascript that complained of uncaught type error (in promise)... tried to find their contact form to let them know and that page has multiple javascript errors and the contact form doesn't load. If this is the level of website I can expect from them, I'm out.

Projectworks is optimally suited for Professional Services firms with 10 or more employees who want fast and easy employee timesheet, expense claim and leave management entry and approval processes.. Projectworks has great staff resourcing, future capacity and revenue forecasting features. Reports on actual and anticipated project burn against budgeted revenue, staff utilisation, performance against individual capacity targets, as well as margin by project, by person, and by client.

Can't fault the Projectworks team and tool. Feels like they've really thought it through for a professional services firm without the classic issue of it feeling like it's just designed for a small collective of freelancers as with other tools. Deep functionality without being so vast that it's impenetrable. Really responsive customer service team. Frequent roadmap releases. Highly recommend.
