Statey is a brilliant statement issuing app and has made the process so much easier for us. It’s straightforward to use and does exactly what we need it to do. The support from the Statey team has also been exceptional. Kelvin in particular has been incredibly helpful, responsive and always willing to assist with any questions we’ve had. It’s refreshing to deal with a company that provides both a great product and genuinely excellent customer service. The Statey support and response time is unbelievably good. The product also fills a very sorely needed gap, that of properly aged statements. A complete lifesave - without this we would probably have had to move away from Xero.

We’ve finally jumped on Xero—about time, right? After browsing various apps and integrations, this one looked perfect to streamline our processes and take some weight off our shoulders. We gave it a whirl during the trial and decided to dive in. Can’t imagine working without it now!

I have been using Statey for a couple of years, and find it really helpful in chasing debts, choosing either outstanding items or an activity statement. It's easy to use, and choosing to select clients to exclude from a statement run on the day is an essential option if they have paid overnight/that morning.

Excellent add-on, showing outstanding items, age analysis (not available in Xero), payments received and allocations of those payments and activity. Lots of other settings and choices. A must to have for effective debtors control.
