Good/Not Good

I have tried ServiceM8 for a while to see how it works. Love the fact that it works so easily across all my Apple devices, especially the calendar. A couple of issues I have : 1)No telephone support when you cant seem to figure out how something works and you need some advice/help. 2) ONLY syncs one way with Xero. 3) Gives you the option to let Xero select the invoice numbers, but still generates it own which does not match Xero records again. 4) Very liitle option to customise fields you would like you use/see. Overall a good program, but needs some more improvements.

Simple and Easy

From when I started using ServiceM8 it has been awesome for up front payments and documenting works that has been done when previously on site. One improvement I would like to see is the ability to drag photos from the app the files on my computer. All in all 100% improvement on my business!

Great interface

Really like ServiceM8, few things they could improve on however the features and ease of use defiantly make business simple. Having it connect with Xero saves me a lot of admin time.

Xero integration

We find the integration mostly very good. There are still a couple of small issues that need improvement that we have found ways to work around, but overall we are very happy with the system and its features.

Best tool in the toolbox

Absolutely the best thing I could have done for my best is to sign with ServiceM8. Everything is at the touch of a button and the help to solve any hiccups is right there.

Super impressed with everything ServiceM8

We moved to ServiceM8 a year ago and have been nothing but impressed. The software and development releases just keep giving and we know there will be efficient, relevant added features all in a timely manner. Also great response times when we've submitted email enquiries around certain features or processes relevant to our plumbing and heating business. Thanks team ServiceM8, makes such a difference knowing this side of business operations is covered.
