Great CRM with Excellent Support
George and Eve are brilliant and responsive with support. Exsalerate is a perfect CRM for our business needs.
We are a small business using WorkFlowMax, Xero and Spotlight reporting all integrated together, however we were totally missing clarity on our sales process. Adding Exsalerate into our end-to-end business processes as given transparency on our sales process. Working with George and the Exsalerate team has been great to help us get the maximum value from the system. The system was configurable to our sales process, give transparency on the pipeline progress and tracks lead activities and conversions. The to-do list helps keep focus on the tasks and we love that we can create standard jobs in WorkFlowMax straight from Exsalerate. The visualisation of the customer account management is great keeping focus on the levels of engagement. What a great product so much value for us!
Exsalerate adds alot of value to my sales process, I have a project based business so predominately use the Pipeline tool to log opportunities and the "To Do" tool to asist following up opportunities, we have also done some email marketing campaigns, Exselrate links to mailchimp making the process very easy. The team has been very very good at supporting our migration & customisation, Any queries we've submitted have been dealt with quickly and efficiently, the team are very committed to making the product work well for us.

We begun using Exsalerate as we needed a platform that would support our desire to connect with our customers as much as possible. Since using Exsalerate, our team have not only been able to easily keep each other connected regarding each customers details/interactions, any background information we need for future orders, etc., but exsalerate has also allowed us to show an extra level of customer service that we’ve always wanted to provide. We can now use the notes section to keep track of delivery details and/or feedback, and we can also use it to set reminders for ourselves to get in touch with our customers to follow up, organise an automatic order for them, etc. It’s very user-friendly, which is a huge bonus when you’re working in a fast-paced environment and don’t have a lot of spare time to learn how to operate a whole new system.
