Really good help with the integration great support to have on hand when you need it

Great app support was very, very helpful. I reached out multiple times to us for help with reconciliation, and they were great.

Took on a Shopify client with 18 months of tangled Xero data from a previous bookkeeper. Reconnected via this, ran a historical sync, and the payouts reconciled cleanly against the bank statements. That kind of clean resync is unusual — most connectors would have needed manual interventions.

Not an accountant, just a Shopify seller who got tired of my bookkeeper billing me extra hours every month for “Shopify reconciliation.” Since we switched to this, that line item disappeared. Bookkeeper’s happier, my invoice is smaller.
