Onboarding seemed light but I went along with it. Wasn't until my first staff member took leave I worked out they were doing annual leave calculations in hours! Not Holidays Act compliant at all. Then the help desk tried to convince me that annual leave can be in hours - weeks has been the legislation since 2003!

If you are a small independent New Zealand owed business looking for a supportive, kind, compassionate payroll solution, do not select ipayroll. I have worked with many payrolls globally, this experience has been the worst. I am currently seeking legal advise on $100 weekly Admin fee Charges, charged to my account, without Authorisation. I have relaid this advise to lots of small businesses, and will continue to do so.

Thank you, I used to dread payroll time as it took so long and I was never fully confident everything had been covered, but since switching to iPayroll I have full confidence that everything is compliant, no more messing around between my payroll & accounting systems or even the IRD.
