Shockingly Bad

The set up is painfull, the customer service is non existant. I have tried to cancel my service by filling out the correct forms...twice, emailing them 4 times to which I had replies about my service being canceled And yet I continue to get emails from them on a weekly basis about completing your sign up. I would avoid like the plague, unless you like spam

Seems easy enough

Set up fairly straight forward now fingers crossed that payments come through OK and integrate with Xero

Serves the Purpose

Easy to setup, pulling through to Xero doesnt seem to work very well.

Setting up an account is horrible, they also seem completely unready to do business in the US market.

We are required to complete a number of different verification checks on merchant accounts as a condition of being an FCA regulated Authorised Payment Institution. As a result, ultimately, a merchant's ability to use GoCardless as a payment processor depends on the successful completion of these checks. Good support back-up

Used GoCardless Support on a number of occasions now and they do try to help. The support received does seem to change from person to person but Nashira was very helpful on the issue we had this time!
