DataSights gave us direct SQL access to our own data, properly modelled and refreshed daily. That single change has been the difference between reporting and genuine analysis. We now run month-end channel reporting that reconciles cleanly to Xero, budget-versus-actual tracking by store, and a live month-to-date trading view that lands on my desk every morning. We've also been able to build inventory analysis we simply couldn't do before — ageing stock by store and by category, sell-through against stock mix, and identifying slow-moving lines with months of cover attached to them. That work has directly changed what we buy and what we clear.

Feedback gets picked up quickly and fed into the roadmap, which makes it feel more like a partnership than a typical software vendor.

We run 50+ Xero files and it keeps them manageable – syncs everything into one database and we build our reports off the latest data in a click. Works from the transaction level up, so we can report on our weekly calendar and drill down as far as we need. Kev and the team are responsive and set it up around how we actually work. The Claude integration is actually incredible. So easy to set up, and it can analyse your data, create reports, even post back to Xero in bulk. Early days, but we've seen huge improvements already and potential is huge.
