I’ve been using A2X alongside Xero to reconstruct historical accounts for my Amazon and eBay business, involving thousands of transactions and complex marketplace settlements. A2X has made what would otherwise be an incredibly time-consuming accounting exercise significantly more manageable. The integration with Xero is excellent, and the ability to break down marketplace settlements, fees and VAT is invaluable. What really sets A2X apart is the customer support. The team has been incredibly patient, knowledgeable and thorough, taking the time to explain complex VAT mappings and accounting scenarios rather than simply providing generic answers. Special thanks to Juliet and the wider support team for their excellent assistance. A genuinely valuable piece of software for any serious ecommerce seller. Highly recommended!
