Simpro is the worst software
We have been having issues with our Simpro for over a month. We cannot transfer invoices to Xero. We just keep getting the same response we need to remap our Simpro. I keep telling them that remapping doesn't fix the issue but I just keep getting the same response. We also have other issues. Don't set up Stripe payments through Simpro it doesn't work. I can't get any help from the support team. They also blame us for the problem. No customer support at all.

Downtime, price increases, large money investment to onboard and very low level of customer service
We have been with SimPro for 4 years, despite costs of subscription almost doubling, we have experienced downtime where there is no accessibility by trades in the field or office staff, loss of data meaning hours of work lost and having to be regenerated (so work is typically typed in word or similar and copy and pasted) the SimPRO service personnel don’t listen to the feedback of customers, and once the investment has gone into the setup ($3k+ in 2021) you are at a ransom to the price increases, 2 this year!
Look around for feedback from other customers before making a decision to invest in SimPro, many are planning a transition despite the difficulty in doing so.

Easy, quick and user frindly
I have use Simpro for 4 year, I like the system.
The system helps operation and accounts team to understand each other,.

Even the Simpro Trainer couldn't pair up with Xero
I cannot integrate everything from simPRO to Xero. the things i have managed to send over, well, they don't exist on Xero?
What is the point ? Getting a bit fed up with Xero..
