Using Pinch Payments for a short time and so far have no regrets. The system is easy to set up and user friendly. The support is fantastic (thanks Cameron & Emily!!). Would highly recommend this product.

I have been using Pinch for six months now, it has made managing customers and payments incredibly efficient. I particularly value the new customer link for onboarding and the seamless synchronization with Xero, which has eliminated the double-handling of administrative tasks. The automated direct debit feature that customers can self-manage has been a great. Feedback from customers was positive - easy to use and not 'Clunky". I highly recommend Pinch. Not only is it an excellent platform, but the customer service has also been exceptional.
