We started our new practice, ENT Central, with Elixir and it is amazing! I had previously worked with another PMS that wasn't integrated and we still had paper files, lab results and referrals and our specialists were still doing prescriptions by hand! Elixir comes fully integrated with Specialist Referrals, Xero, Healthlink and NHI lookup. Elixir is user friendly and the team at Elixir, especially Ruby, have been amazing in their support. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND ELIXIR!

Jack was really good at getting us set up four years ago. Since then, we haven't looked back and wouldn't use any other system. Its integration with Xero, Healthlink, ACC and NHI look-up all save time and trouble. Have never had an outage those four years. It is a really nice package.

Elixir has really allowed our practice to progress. The software brings together all patient interactions including referrals, clinical notes, lab results, emails and more. There is seamless integration with Xero. There are great features allowing communication with others within the practice. Being cloud-based the software is easily accessed outside the practice. There is also excellent back-up and support available, as well as regular updates and new features being frequently added.

Elixir really is the whole package when it comes to practice management software. It is reliable, fast, easy to use, customisable and backed by a friendly highly skilled team who respond quickly and effectively. Being browser based makes it available anywhere whenever you need it.

Moving to Elixir was a great decision for our business. It is very user friendly and fantastic for our team, as we can easily access the system on the go, from a range of devices. Jack and the Elixir team are always on hand for quick software support, and in the few months we have been with them, have already adapted the programme for us based on our needs.
