Will Save us so much time
Paidnice have been great to deal with. They even took the time to go through my account in detail to make sure everything was set up exactly how I wanted it. I’m really looking forward to using it, as it’s going to automate a lot of admin follow-ups and save a heap of time and headaches. 👍

Brilliant Product, Even Better Support
I’ve been using Paidnice to automate invoicing, reminders, and statements for Salt Silo, and it’s been a huge improvement over the standard Xero workflow. One of the biggest advantages for me is being able to send all communications directly from my own domain, everything looks fully branded and professional, with delivery tracking built in.
I’ve contacted support a few times, and Denym has always replied with really detailed and thoughtful explanations, even taking the time to jump on a video call to help. It’s clear the team genuinely cares about improving the product and supporting its users.
Brilliant platform, great communication, and excellent service all round.
