Having used Ignition for the past nine months, I’ve also been impressed by how the software continues to evolve. Regular enhancements and tweaks show that the team is actively improving the platform, and they genuinely take user feedback on board. The system works really well for us, and the combination of a great product and excellent customer support makes it easy to recommend. The support team really stands out. Whether it’s a quick question or something more involved, they’re always helpful, responsive and make sure they follow up.

I started my journey with Ignition for contract agreements and client payments, that in itself has been a game changer. I now utilise, forms, templates and documents for client onboarding and document signatures. After a meeting with the team, I am also using the AML compliance option.
