Overall, Content Snare has been a really positive addition to our systems. Before using it, we were relying on email threads and editable documents, which often led to missed information, delays, and a lack of clarity across the team. Now, everything is centralised, structured, and easy to track. It’s helped streamline our internal workflows, reduce stress for the team, and create a much clearer, more guided experience for clients. It’s one of those tools that seems simple on the surface, but actually has a big impact on efficiency, consistency, and client experience over time.

We had been using Excel checklists with file upload links. Manual setup, manually roll it forwards each year, manual steps to file docs. No visibility on client progress. Plenty of client grumbles (and for good reason). Content Snare was an absolute game changer. The team and the clients both love it. The small amount of $$ we pay for it is more than paid off in time saved. I hope Content Snare don't read these reviews, because they honestly don't charge what they should for how good this app is.

With such a highly customisable platform in a complex industry we need to collect a lot of information from our clients to onboard them, and the information required varies heavily from client to client. In order to streamline our information collection we turned to Content Snare. Content Snare is incredibly easy to set up, even when applying multiple steps of conditional logic to individual questions (which helps us address the varied info we need to collect). The UI/UX is awesome, allows for easy interaction with customers, and the options for information export provide us with a number of development/integration opportunities. Customer service has been responsive and super helpful, too. It's refreshing to not have to jump through endless hoops to receive help from a real person.
