A good app for small businesses

We've been working with WorkflowMax since we started up about 10 years ago. We're a creative studio and the app works well for us. Time recording and job reporting are all easy to use and the Xero interface works well. We tend to do fixed price jobs so some of the time billing features are superfluous for us. The report design feature has bee particularly helpful. The only thing missing for us is multi-currency billing. That would be a big ask, but would make this a five star app.

Comprehensive and Customisable

We use WFM for timesheets and invoicing. The productivity reporting we were able to build from the customizable reports has changed the way we look at our business and given valuable insights to help with decision making and navigating difficult times in our industry.

A Proven Platform We Returned To

We initially chose WorkflowMax a number of years ago and relied on it for our practice management needs. Although briefly moving to a competitor, we quickly realised the value we had taken for granted and returned to WorkflowMax. The platform provides a consistent and stable foundation that supports our business. It makes practice management straightforward from creating client quotes to tracking the status of ongoing projects. Ensuring we accurately capture and bill time spent on a project. WorkflowMax allows us to focus on our clients, not on multiple back office systems. We are more than happy to be back using it as our only project management tool.

The team at WFM are always on hand to help with any issues or queries, the health check performed on the account is fantastic and has allowed us to get the best out of the system for our business. Highly recommend Workflowmax as an complete project management system

WFM review

The job/timesheets suits all our needs and it is great that it integrates with Xero. Helpdesk/Support function is useful if you have any issues.
