I joined a company with 9 Xero entities and no way of consolidating the data. Datasights has been a game changer for us. It has allowed us to consolidate our data, use views that make sense to us as users and utilise the data in different forms such as Excel, Power BI and their own web reports. They have recently added a Claude AI connector and that has taken us to the next level in terms of our analysis, efficiency and analysis. Datasights creates the consolidated data we need, in a well structured way, and we can use that as we see fit to define our reporting. Feedback gets picked up quickly and fed into the roadmap, which makes it feel more like a partnership than a typical software vendor.

We run 50+ Xero files and it keeps them manageable – syncs everything into one database and we build our reports off the latest data in a click. Works from the transaction level up, so we can report on our weekly calendar and drill down as far as we need. Kev and the team are responsive and set it up around how we actually work. The Claude integration is actually incredible. So easy to set up, and it can analyse your data, create reports, even post back to Xero in bulk. Early days, but we've seen huge improvements already and potential is huge.
