2Shakes provides Cloud Onboarding Automation for Practices.
Accountants, Bookkeepers and other practices can save time, give a better service, and present a more professional first impression to their clients.
Because 2Shakes will easily create Client Agreements, Renewals, Authorities & Consents, turning a 1-2 hour onboarding process into 5 minutes.
And for practices that are Reporting Entities, you can do all your AML Customer Due Diligence - including Biometric ID Verification - in the Sign Up flow.
So you get your Services, Fees and T's and C's agreed and signed off immediately, and get any authorities you need to work for your new client. And any AML Customer Due Diligence is done too.
The Agreements are electronically signed by your clients, and then uploaded to Xero XPM at the click of a button.
For New Zealand users, 2Shakes integrates with NZBN to pull down company information, and sets up authority to act at IRD, ACC and Companies Office. 2Shakes in NZ also includes extensions for meeting AML Phase 2 compliance.
2Shakes + Xero
Once an Agreement is electronically signed, the new Client details, their Contacts and the Agreement PDF are all uploaded to Xero Practice Manager with a single click, saving time and preventing errors.
New clients can be linked to Manager or Partner, and added to a Group, as part of the upload.
Getting started
When you first start with 2Shakes, you setup your Business Profile to reflect your practice. This includes your details, branding, logos and social media, your Services, Fees and T's and C's, as well as any authorities you need to capture.
While setting up your Profile, give authority to 2Shakes simply through a click on Get Authorised, then approving 2Shakes in XPM to allow us to push the information to Practice Manager for you.
